Introduction

2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold an Account.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through kod4d's own self-exclusion programme or through any relevant national responsible gambling scheme.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not register using false, incomplete, or misleading details. kod4d reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document

Account holders who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal restrictions and bonus ineligibility. KYC verification is typically processed within 24–48 hours of document submission. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general terms of use, which apply to all services, features, and content made available through kod4d:

Deposits & Withdrawals

kod4d supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian players, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT on TRC-20), and BNB Chain.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet and FPX transactions, and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt and clearance by the relevant payment processor.
• kod4d does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your name. Deposits from joint accounts require additional verification.
• kod4d is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account and registered in the Player's verified name.
• Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during operational hours.
• kod4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Any active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met in full.
• kod4d reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

kod4d may offer various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified expiry period. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
• kod4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith will not be disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including through coordinated betting patterns, account duplication, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of MYR 30 equivalent and applies to deposits made in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20), or BNB only. Additional wagering conditions apply.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming transactions on kod4d are subject to the Platform's applicable product-specific rules, which are published within each relevant section of the Platform (sports betting, live casino, 4D lottery). The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are accepted at the discretion of kod4d. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without explanation, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Once confirmed by the system, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a specific "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature is made available and used within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrectly stated odds, kod4d reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be refunded the staked amount for voided bets.

Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting inconsistencies in odds across markets
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at kod4d staff or other users
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the Platform

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the kod4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of kod4d or its duly licensed content partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kod4d.

Game content made available through the Platform may be licensed from third-party game studios and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property protections. kod4d's licence to display such content does not extend to any right granted to the Player beyond passive gameplay.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kod4d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — all wagering outcomes are inherently uncertain and form part of the entertainment service
• System downtime, technical errors, or interruption of the Platform's services
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Any decision made by kod4d in good faith to void bets, restrict an Account, or withhold payment pending investigation
• Losses resulting from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kod4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

kod4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is suspected or confirmed
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents provided are deemed unsatisfactory
• Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity is detected on the Account
• A Player is identified as a Prohibited User (including underage status)
• A Player has requested self-exclusion through kod4d's responsible gambling tools
• kod4d is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive

Upon termination, kod4d will make reasonable efforts to return verified, legitimately obtained funds held in the Account, less any amounts subject to ongoing investigation or forfeiture. Players who disagree with a suspension or termination decision may contact our support team to initiate a formal review.

Amendments to These Terms

kod4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email (to the address on file) or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or to address a security vulnerability.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All transactions, bets, and gaming outcomes are recorded in kod4d's server logs. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's records and kod4d's server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative unless manifest error is demonstrated.
